BEAUJOLAIS NOUVEAU 2017 IN PORTLAND

Begun in 2001, the Annual Beaujolais Nouveau festival is in its 16th year here in Portland. A fantastic celebration of French food and French-connected importers and vintners, a ticket to this wonderful, culinary event gets you a gourmet dinner buffet prepared by Headwaters at the Heathman under the guidance of Executive Chef Tim Eckard and Vitaly Paley (of Paley’s Place). As noted in a prior restaurant review covering Paley’s Place, chef Vitaley is a James Beard award winner and creates fantastic, French-inspired NW fare.

This buffet/festival will feature both French and American brands in meats, seafood, cheeses (of course), breads, desserts and more.
